Do it Your Self (DIY): DIY is the online guidance system is aimed at helping the parties to the Proposed Combination to determine whether a transaction is notifiable to the Commission. In order to facilitate and assist the stakeholders, CCI has prepared a self-assessment tool wherein all the relevant provisions of the Act, Combination regulations and various notifications issued by Govt. of India have been placed sequentially under a single platform. The parties to proposed combination can easily assess their transaction(s) using this tool to determine whether such transaction is notifiable to CCI.
