Appeals against orders of the Commission can be challenged before the Competition Appellate Tribunal. Any person or local authority or a State Government or the Central Government, aggrieved by certain direction, decision or order of the Commission can appeal. Appeals against orders of the Tribunal can be challenged in the Supreme Court of India.
